Digital Badges and Certificates

The Accredible platform lets you automatically create, manage, and distribute digital certificates or open badges. Digital certificates and badges help maximize the value from your training or certification program.

Digital certificates and badges are more secure than PDFs - their authenticity can be verified at any time on their own unique URL. They are more accessible and share-able via social media, directing interested viewers back towards your learners' achievements and your course information. Track recipient engagement to see shares, additional traffic to your webpage. And, still allow students to save and print a PDF for their wall at home.

Integration with Blackboard

Whether you want to offer course completion certificates, micro-credentials, open badges or blockchain credentials to your Blackboard LMS students, our LTI integration makes it easy to pass your student data into Accredible.

Once you've installed the integration with our LTI settings then it's just a matter of choosing the grade column from your gradebook, selecting which students to issue to and then choosing the award they should receive.

Additionally, you can set up content items in your courses to auto-issue credentials to your students. Blackboard provides a functionality called “Adaptive Releases” which can be use to hide the Accredible link tool to the students and make it visible only when some criteria has been met for the student. For example you can set a rule to display the link only when a test has been passed with a minimum grade.
