Adopt any resource as an LTI tool including external AI systems.

Adopt any resource as an LTI tool.  This allows administrators to add more elements in the Base Navigation Tools section and grant access to them by role (ex: students vs faculty).  Roles are applied to the Institutional Page modules: flexible LTI links in Custom Content and Helpful Links.  LTI tools can also be included under Books and Tools or any other place where LTI tools are integrated.

As an example, you can grant access to modern AI tools such as chat.openai.com or perplexity.com from courses or tools area.
