Qwickly Attendance is launched in the right-hand course menu via UEF.

Qwickly Attendance Classic: Take the pain out of tracking and grading student attendance with Qwickly Attendance Classic. This robust course tool enables faculty to take attendance that is automatically graded in the Blackboard Grade Center. Instructors can take attendance using an attendance list on screen or allow students to check in on their own browser.

Qwickly Attendance Plus: Qwickly Attendance Plus is the perfect fit for institutions looking for advanced attendance tracking features. It includes all of the features of Qwickly Attendance Classic, and builds in powerful new attendance-taking modes, like Online Activity Mode, and adds features like Location Context and Session Scheduling. Qwickly Attendance can automatically pull student-uploaded profile photos directly from Blackboard, allowing them to customize their online presence and help instructors put names to faces.

Qwickly Attendance Pro: Transform the use of institutional attendance data with Qwickly Attendance Pro. With a variety of robust reporting capabilities, administrators can target attendance data by class, student, specific time period, and customized group (such as athletes or at-risk students.) Adaptive features have allowed for numerous use-cases, including SIS integration via a data feed creator and enrollment verification for use in financial aid departments. The Qwickly Attendance Pro platform design ensures future development to meet specific needs & requests.

Multiple Attendance-Taking Modes:

Manual Mode: Take attendance manually using a full list of students or click through one-by-one. Accessibility mode provides an interface that can be used with a keyboard exclusively. 

Check-in Mode: Allows instructors to skip manually taking attendance. For extra security, Qwickly Attendance can automatically generate a 4-digit pin for students to enter to be marked as present in the class.

Card Reader Mode: Integrate with USB card readers for reading student ID cards with a variety of card readers. Students will swipe or tap their existing ID cards to be counted as present. 

Online Activity Mode: This mode can only be accessed by licensees with Qwickly Attendance Plus and Pro. Instructors can automatically derive attendance statuses based on academic activity. A student may be counted as attending that week if they complete one or more of their assignments. 

Enterprise reporting: With Qwickly Attendance’s enterprise reporting feature, instructors can view the last date of student attendance. Some of the new features that are available to licensees with Qwickly Attendance Plus and Pro include absence limits and enrollment verification. Absence limits allows administrators to set a number of sessions a student can be absent before reaching the course absence limit.

Enrollment Verification Mode: Administrators have the ability to capture a semester based report verifying if students are attending class.
