TouchNet Payment Center is the foundation for automating the business office and managing real-time payment transactions. The PCI-compliant solution seamlessly connects people, processes, and technologies, creating a better user experience regardless of payment method or channel. With Payment Center, institutions can accept a wide range of payment methods, from credit and debit cards to electronic checks and international payments, including bank wire transfers. Payment Center’s Student Account Center is quick and easy to use for students and authorized users, providing 24/7 real-time access to their student account information.

Unified Student Financial Experience

Payment Center includes a web-based Student Account Center which provides a foundation of electronic payment services for student accounts that’s far from basic. Students and authorized users can log in to the self-service portal to make tuition and fee payments. It also features consent manager, parent pay, real-time posting of payments to Anthology Student, and more.

Centralized Management

Unlike costly siloed systems, Payment Center offers centralized management of your payment system through a single system dashboard, U.Commerce. Administrators can enable desired features and configure them to meet the institution’s needs. Institutions are able to easily and efficiently manage transaction reports, determine payment methods accepted, and update system configurations. In addition, Payment Center pages can be branded with university logos and colors.

Rapid System Integration

The TouchNet Payment Client is a PCI-compliant solution that integrates with Anthology Student to allow students to make student account-related payments. The integration is accomplished through an application programming interface (API) which enables real-time communication and helps simplify data security. Payments for student accounts, Anthology payment plans (not recurring), housing deposit payments, admissions deposit payments and more are enabled through the Anthology portal. In addition, administrators can take payments via the Admin UI  for student accounts, Anthology payment plan auto-draft payments, refund a student payment (taken via TouchNet), and admissions deposit payments. 

Additional payment functionality is available for Anthology Radius, Training and Development Manager TDM, Encompass, and Reach.

Secure Transaction Processing

The Payment Gateway is included with either Payment Center or Payment Client, providing a hub for immediate transaction processing.  TouchNet provides merchant services processing, or we can connect to other processors of choice. The powerful, secure, and adaptable engine authorizes payment transactions and sends the payment data to the payment processor, bringing your campus interactions together in real time. The payment data collected is accessible in a number of reports so campus administrators can easily track, manage, and reconcile payments and payment-related transactions.

Streamline Reconciliation

When you add TouchNet merchant services to either Payment Center or Payment Client, you also get a unique management software solution that allows you to process, analyze, reconcile, and evaluate campus payments. TouchNet provides payment exception handling and day-to-day operational support and handles Payment Gateway merchant configuration. Administrators can access daily payment processing in a high-level format or see every transaction in detail for enhanced payment reporting. Reports pair payment authorization data with the financial institution’s deposit data to simplify the student payment reconciliation process.
